Learning Tarot is not a weekend course. It is also not so easy to learn from a book, because there are 78 cards to remember!
I believe it is more effective to learn Tarot Reading step by step. I will guide you through all the cards in a special way, so that it is easier to remember all the 78 Rider-Waite Tarot cards without being frustrated and confused. Of course, practise is everything 🙂
Let’s meet once a week for around 2 hours.
You need to bring your own Rider-Waite Tarot deck, a journal and fun. Cost for each meeting 20 Dollars (we need around 8 meetings), including material.
After the course you will be able to read cards for yourself, and for your friends.
Note: The meetings has a minimum of 6 people. We start at the 4th of December, at 7 pm.

These days we hear a lot about how it is important to have positive thoughts. You might have learnt this from the book or movie “The Secret”. Lots of different healing modalities say that if you just think positive, then you will change your reality! Then you will get well again!”
BUT the question for most of us is:
“HOW can I learn to have only positive thoughts?
HOW can I realize my negative thoughts?
What about the feelings connected to these thoughts?
And HOW can I transform negative thinking patterns?
HOW can I learn to think the right way?

A very important part that I am teaching in Reiki Level 2 is the Healing of your Past, your childhood. We also call this “Healing of the Inner Child”.
Lots of problems that we have in our lives today, thinking patterns, behaviours, beliefs, and even illness, often comes from our past.
This already begins when you were in the womb of your mother. Maybe you could sense it when your mother was going through some hard times. Or later in your life, maybe your parents could not show the love to you that you actually needed, or maybe you experienced bullying from your classmates, or you were heartbroken as a teenager.
With the healing of the Inner Child we are not able to change the past, but we are able to let go of the emotions that might still have an effect in our life today. We will be able to forgive our parents, or others.
The process of “Healing of the Inner Child” is similar to Distance Healing for others, except you connect with yourself, starting with the time when you were in the womb of your mother, following each year of your childhood, and even later years, until the present day. Of course, this is done year by year, and not all in one session.
Pictures of yourself as a baby, child, or teenager are helpful, but not always necessary. Your intention is important here! If you want to send healing to yourself as a one year old child, then you simply connect with yourself in your first year of life. You also can write down on a piece of paper your name and the year.
Ground yourself, and connect with the Reiki energy
Draw 1 x the Power Symbol, say 3 x the Mantra. Draw it over the piece of paper, or over the photo, or just draw it in your mind.
Then draw 1 x Distance Symbol, say 3 x the mantra, and say your name one or three times, and the year you want to send the energy to (example: Me, …your name…in my first year).
Draw again 1 x Power Symbol, and say 3 x the mantra. Now you are connected to yourself in the past
Imagine yourself in the past. What do you look like? Are you a happy baby, child, teenager? Are you smiling, or are you sad?
Imagine yourself between your hands.
Let the energy flow out from your hands, until you see or feel that the child (you in the past) is smiling and happy. Include the Mental-Symbol if needed.
If you feel that your Inner Child is happy, in peace and is smiling, ask the child if it wants to give you a big hug? If not, do more healing, if yes, imagine you are giving your “inner child” a big hug. Stretch out your arms, bring the energy of your “inner child” to your heart.
Lay your hands over your heart chakra, and stay there for a few minutes. Let the energy flow. Feel the joy in your heart, because you brought healing to yourself.
When you feel it is done (perhaps after 10-20 minutes), say to yourself: “thanks” and let your Inner Child go with the knowing that you helped yourself to find your Inner Peace.

How Can This Simple Mantra Effect Everything Out There In Your Life?
You may have heard of the Hawaiian therapist Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, who never met any of his clients, but cured an entire ward of criminally insane patients.
How was he able to cure them?
He did this by simply reviewing each of his patients files, and used this simple Mantra to heal, not the patients, but himself. He said: “I am sorry”, “Please forgive me”, “Thank you”, “I love you”
Is this really possible? This sounds like a miracle, right?
Dr. Len used a simplified version of Ho’oponopono, that he calls Self I-Dentity.
The idea behind Ho’oponopono is that I am responsible for whatever problem I may have in my life.
This means anything that is happening to me outside, is actually only happening on the inside, in my mind, consciously and subconsciously
This is not an easy concept to accept, because it seems obvious to us on the surface that we have problems because of other people and our environment.
But maybe he is right, maybe there is no such thing as “outside”, and everything happens to us in our minds? So everything you see, and everything you hear, you experience in your mind. But you think it is ‘outside” of you.
You may think if you have a problem, or someone is mean to you, that this is the fault of other people or the environment. But Dr. Len says: No, it is all going on inside of yourself.
What you see outside yourself is all just information, and a reflection of your inner world!
If you think about it, this sounds pretty scary. And it is really hard to understand … at least at the beginning.
But if you accept that everything around you is information, which shows you what is really going on inside of you, wouldn’t you think that this must be a gift from the Gods?
If something is not right on the outside, something that is bothering you, then understand that this is just information, that something is not solved in your mind, or subconscious mind, and now you get the chance to clean this information by simply using the Mantra: “I am sorry”, “Please forgive me”, “Thank you”, “I love you”
Example: A man’s wife complains that he never helps around the house. He if offended, thinking that she is always complaining.
But now he understands that this is just information for him, information (may come from past experiences) in his mind, or subconscious mind, which needs to be corrected.
He asks himself: If I created a complaining wife, why did I do this? Maybe he realizes that he often feels worthless, and this negative thinking might have started in his childhood, at school. Or maybe he as no idea why, but accepts that something is going on inside of himself, not outside of himself.
What ever it might be, he can now decide what to do:
If he decides to get angry, and he thinks his wife is terrible, and he wishes her to leave him, and maybe she will leave him one day, he still would have something inside of him, which will always create this situation for him again in the future.
But when he decides to accept that this situation with his wife is an opportunity to change something inside of himself, he would start to think : “I am sorry”, “Please forgive me”, “Thank you”, “I love you”.
When he says ” I am sorry”, this is addressed only to himself, to Divinity (his God within him, or his Higher Self). He is sorry for creating this situation, and for the negative thoughts that he had, which separates him from love.
When he says “please forgive me”, he is asking himself, his divine self, for forgiveness from being separated from love.
When we says “thank you” he is thanking his Divinity for the opportunity to learn from his problems, and for forgiving himself.
When he says “I love you” to his Divinity, he will be united again with All That Is, and create PEACE in and around himself.

If this concept is still hard to understand, maybe you can see it from this point of view.
Let’s say, there is an Ego Self and your True Self, and both are a part of you. Your Ego Self is consciously and subconsciously creating situations in life that can be good or not so good, which is stopping you from living live through your True Self.
And when the Ego realizes what it did, it can change this by saying to the True Self: Please forgive me, I am sorry, Thank you, I love you.
But I think the best way is just to try it out, and see what happens in your life, and the positive changes it can create.
You need to do it to understand how it works, even if it feels strange.
Supermoon Lunar Eclipse Rises Tonight – a rare astrological event!
Wow, tonight we will see a Blood Moon! The moon’s orange color tonight is the result of the combination of a Supermoon with a total lunar eclipse. Tonight the Moon also comes the closest to Earth!
This means the Moon will look really big!
I heard from people that they feel lots of energy, or have disrupted sleeping, very vivid dreams, feelings of letting go of old thinking patterns, and lots of energy to create new ones. I have also experienced these symptoms since over a week now!
It is said that this Full Moon is very powerful, and may will send some surprises your way.
Yesterday, when I cleaned my kitchen, a thought came to my head, and stayed there for a long time: “It’s all about choices”
I know that all new things start with our choices. And I am glad that we are able to do so, because we have our free will. I also know that people often don’t use their free will, and they get stuck in life, and they think they can do nothing to move forward. I can include myself in these thoughts sometimes as well, but I learnt to observe my thoughts, and I learnt to be an optimist that sees chances and opportunities, and I only need to choose!
I think this special moon tonight, and also all special moons coming up, and all wonderful days ahead, are opportunities to make new choices!
With choices we start a new journey, it is the feeling of being ready for a change.
A change starts with your thinking. It it so important to observe your thoughts. Ask yourself, are your thoughts making you feel good or bad? If you feel cramps in your stomach, or something doesn’t feel right, then catch them, let them go and create new thoughts of Empowering, Love and Gratitude.
Tonight my friends and I will meet for a little ritual, which will help us to let go of thoughts that create blockages, and to start a new journey with new choices.
At first we will do a little cleansing of our own energy, and thoughts that create blockages. Then we will think about our new choices, write them down, and do a special magical ritual to start a new journey. This ritual will include the elements fire, earth, air, water, and love, and our Spirit Friends, Guides, Angles, and so on.
After this I hope we can celebrate with chocolate!
Meditation is helpful to let go of stress, and to replace it with inner peace. It is a great tool to balance body, mind, and soul.
I know, there are so many kinds of meditations you can choose from.
But really, what is the best meditation?
I think, in order to meditate, choose one that is simple, and comfortable. Whatever works for you is the right meditation.
Important is to find a kind of meditation, that makes you want to keep doing it every day.
When I started to meditate, I just focused on my breath. Everyday I took 5-10 minutes just sitting down, closing my eyes, and focussing on my breathing rhythm, thinking “I breathe in now”, and “I breathe out now”.
In doing so, after a few meditations, I often lost track of time, and my meditations went longer than just 10 minutes. I didn’t even need to focus on my breathing anymore, because I felt like I was my own breath. I had the feeling I was really connected with my inner true self.
Now, when my students ask me, what meditation they should do, I always suggest to start with this simple meditation. KEEP IT SIMPLE.
I also understand that to meditate on your own is not always easy. I suggest to try a guided meditation. You can buy a lot of different kinds of guided mediations, or you can find a meditation group in your area.
Try the short guided meditation above, and feel the release of stress. Maybe you want to integrate it in your daily life, to find your own inner peace.

What is the difference between a Psychic Reading and Mediumship?
A Psychic Reading focusses mostly on your life here and now, your Past, Present and Future. It is about money, relationships and health, and so on. Psychics often use tools like cards. Mediumship is the communication with your loved ones on the Other Side. Take off your jewellery and watches. Wear comfortable cloths. Wash your hands.
The treatment can be done reclining/sitting or lying down. Make yourself comfortable; create a quiet, and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Ground yourself. Just concentrate on your feet, and feel the connection to the ground. Or if you are lying down simple feel the mattress under your body. Don’t cross your legs.
Connect with the Reiki-energy. Say to yourself silently, that you now want to be a Reiki-channel.
Soft hands 🙂
Touch the body softly without pressing. Where there is wounds hold your hands a few centimetres away from them.
Stay at each position about 3-5 Minutes. Follow your intuition.
Basically two hand, side by side or end to end, are used to do Reiki, especially on twin organs such as lungs, kidney and ears.
One hand is also used depending on an area and/or a symptom.
While doing Reiki your hand may feel tingly, or hot. If it feels cold, stay longer on this area to release the blockage.

TranceHealing with Your Spirit Friends – Meditation
What is Trance?
Trance is a state of consciousness, that you can reach through meditation, dancing, music, or special breathing, and in connection with your Spiritual Helpers. This state of consciousness can be light, or very deep.
Everybody may have experienced a light state of trance just by day dreaming. You can also experience a state of Trance during a non-hypnotic Past Life Regression, Shamanic Journey, or Trance Dance, and of course in Trance Mediumship.
Trance is nothing more than a deep relaxation. When you start to go into a state of trance, all your body functions are starting to slow down. The heartbeat gets slower, the blood pressure becomes lower, and the use of oxygen as well. The skin can get colder.
Trance is similar to almost falling asleep.
But beside the physical effects your awareness gets heightened too. The ability of imagining gets stronger. Also the ability to give yourself orders will be higher. Memories, and feelings will be intensified compared to your usual daily life.
Trance does not hurt, or is uncomfortable. After the trance you will feel refreshed and energized.
Important is to know that the state of trance is always different from person to person. It is indeed a very personal experience, that is also very dependent on your spiritual friends, and the energy you may channel.
Important is your willingness to go into trance, to be open, and to accept it.
It is very important to know that everyone of us is a part of All That Is. But you are also a very unique part in this universe, because you have your free will, that can not be controlled from any other Being from the spiritual world. For example: an angel is only allowed to help you, if you ask for help.
This also means you only can fall in Trance, or connect to your spiritual friends, if you wish this to happen.
Types of Trance
Here you experience a state of heaviness or lightness of the body, and also a kind of tiredness. But remember, it can be different for every person. But most of the time, you are still awake, and all senses are open to receive. You can get out of this trance very easily, most of the time, with just few deep breaths.
Here you have a deeper relaxation on the physical and mental levels.
Your energy expands more, and you might be very open to see pictures.
The focus goes from the outside to the inside, and the awareness of your surroundings is very limited. This state of trance is perfect for Trance Healing. If you are in this state, it is always good to work with a “Guardian”, someone, who is there for you to support you to go into this deep relaxation.
Deep Trance or Full Trance
A Full Trance is not easy to reach. Experience, and lots of practise are necessary. An experienced Medium can do a deep Trance to channel information from Higher Beings, like Angels, Master and so on. In this case the Higher Beings speak through the Medium. The Medium’s consciousness makes room for the consciousness of the Being he or she is channeling. A guardian should be there for assistance. The Trance is so deep, that the medium has no memory after the Trance about what happened.
What is Trance Healing?
Trance Healing is a very powerful method of spiritual healing, because the healing energy comes directly from Spirit. A Trance Healing session can be supportive in times where we are out of balance on all levels, for example high stress or emotional problems.
Trance Healing is perfect for spiritual Self Healing, but you also can help others. It works on the emotional, mental and spiritual level more than on physical problems, but still includes this level as well if a physical problem is attached to emotional, mental or spiritual problems.
How does it work?
Before a Trance Healing, you, as the Medium, will go into a deep meditation to reach a state of light, or middle trance, that varies from person to person.
Then you will link with your Spiritual Friends. They can be your Spirit Guides and helpers, Ascended Masters, Angels or Archangels, Ancestors and so on. In this process your energy field, and the energy field of your Spiritual Friends will blend.
Maybe you know already who your Spiritual Guides and Friends from other meditations are. This can be very helpful, but I also recommend to let spirit decide who will come to your healing session. That is why I am calling them Spiritual Friends.
Your Spiritual Friends are a spiritual Intelligence, and they have more insights then you have, and they know exactly what to do. They know about your Past Lives, or about your karmic problems, which can be the source of the problem you may have.
In Trance Healing you are not the healer. The healing comes from Spirit.
If you intend to get involved in the Healing process, you can actually block the process. Trance Healing means to trust in Spirit and to let it happen.
How to do the Meditation
Find a quiet place for this session.
Sit on a comfortable chair, feel should be side by side.
Breathe in and out, and let go of any tension.
Very slowly close your eyes, and feel a light tiredness coming over you.
Start to focus on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose, and out through your nose. And when you breathe in, feel your lower belly expanding, and then filling up your lungs with air, and when you breathe out, feel how your belly slowly sinks in again. Stay with this deep breathing.
Bring your awareness to your feet. Go with your awareness down to the middle of the earth, and connect with Mother Earth. Just think: I connect with Mother Earth.
Go with your awareness above your head, and higher up, and allow yourself to connect to the Creator.
Ask for protection, and that this session may be for the Highest and Best.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Now remember a time, where you have been very relaxed.
Breathe in and out, and with each breath you allow yourself to be very relaxed.
Now send out a thought to those Spirit Friends, who can help you the most to heal you on all levels of your being.
Invite your spiritual friends to step closer to you.
Breathe, and know that with each breath you breathe in, your spiritual friends come closer to you.
Feel the energy changing around you. Fell the presence of your Spirit Friends in your space.
Ask your friends to give you a sign, or symbol, that will help you to know when they are linked to you, and be aware of any change.
Now, with a single thought ask for healing.
Breathe in and out, and know that with each breath you take in, you breathe in the healing energy from your spiritual friends. You don’t need to focus or think or imagine how you get the healing energy, just allow it to happen.
If you feel the session is done, give gratitude and love to your Spirit Friends, and ask them to step back.
Go with your awareness about your head again, and higher up, and give gratitude to the Creator.
Go with your awareness down to the middle of the earth, and give grated to mother Earth.
Start to feel your body on your seat. Move your feet and hands, stretch your legs and arm.
